Event agenda: Half‑day retreat between 8am & 2pm 1-hour outdoor yoga session Local hike at Heybrook Ridge Trail Appetizers beverages community fun games and giveaways & connection. Closing with a sound healing, meditation breath work calming the nervous system, and relaxing in nature before heading home.

Cancellation Policy
