Virtual - or - In-person session Vital Yogis offers private, personalized yoga sessions—virtual (via Zoom) or in-person—designed to meet you where you are with a gentle, mindfulness-based approach. Virtual session (75 minutes): Practice from home with no commute, accessible anywhere with Wi‑Fi, and tailored support for stress, tension, anxiety, or simply reconnecting. Expect calming breathwork, intentional movement, and mindful practices in a compassionate, no-pressure environment. In-person sessions: Travel is included in the price. Sessions begin with a brief check-in, then move through customized sequencing, breathwork, relaxation, and optional consent-based hands-on support. Sound healing and guided rest may be included. We will connect prior to your session via a complimentary clarity call before booking to ensure the session aligns with your goals.
