I currently teach two weekly classes at JB Fitness, a supportive local gym where movement and community come together. If you’re looking for a consistent practice in a friendly, downātoāearth environment, these classes are a wonderful fit.
Class Times:
• Mondays at 6am
• Tuesdays at 6pm
Chair Yoga at
Monroe Community Center
Mondays at 10 am
Chair Yoga offers an accessible, supportive way to build strength, stability, and balance while honoring the needs of your body. Using the chair as a grounding prop, students can explore mindful movement, gentle stretching, and adaptive postures that make yoga approachable for all levels and abilities. It’s a welcoming, empowering practice designed to meet you exactly where you are.
