Vital Yogis Annual Yoga Hike | Pacific Northwest Retreat

Every year, we gather in nature for our Annual Yoga Hike event—a half-day retreat designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and celebrate the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Held throughout the Sky Valley area, spanning Snohomish and King Counties and reaching into the Cascade Mountains, each year brings a new adventure. Whether it’s a waterfall trail, a mountain vista, or a forested escape, our hiking destinations are always a little different—offering fresh inspiration and connection with the land.

Outdoor Yoga Session

We begin in a peaceful, secluded outdoor space surrounded by nature. This invigorating practice warms up the body, sharpens the mind, and prepares you for the hike ahead.

Scenic Guided Hike

After yoga, we hit the trail for a guided hike through one of our favorite local gems. Distances vary from year to year—some hikes are shorter and gentle, others more challenging and expansive. Whether you're an experienced hiker or simply someone who enjoys being outdoors, each route offers a chance to move mindfully and soak in the landscape.

Appetizers, Beverages & Community

Post-hike, we gather to enjoy light refreshments and connect with fellow outdoor enthusiasts.

Optional Sound Healing Session

To close the day, you’re invited to unwind with a gentle sound bath—an opportunity to relax, reset, and integrate the experience.

This event is open to all levels and welcomes anyone who loves movement, nature, and community.
